Do yer mean the pirate undies? Yep ...Ahoy thar Bec! Do yer mean the pirate undies? Yep - those are mine. I put me undies on the interwebs, Yo-ho-ho and a bottle o' rum. Keep yer eyes peeled fer me upcomin' post 'bout me undies, yer scallywags!

I think you're right about our machines being our pals. It is actually unreasonable to expect my machine to sew the sort of buttonholes it would have had to do. I expect it would have thrown a hissy fit and then I would have spent many tedious hours unpicking tiny stitches that I wouldn't have been able to see properly up close but would have been an eyesore at a distance. He's totally ok with the weight of the coat, but I was not exaggerating about it dragging my poor lightweight machine off the table. I wonder why Feedly didn't like my pictures?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04240613771053698106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4659338788505532429.post-40260652739186999282014-10-13T22:55:47.815+11:002014-10-13T22:55:47.815+11:00What a great coat! I had that problem when I made a sewing carryall out of denim- and all the wadding and interfacings etc, it's so heavy empty I can't imagine using it! (But it looks pretty). 2x laughs though- the 'unfair' to expect the machine to do buttonholes got a chuckle, our machines really are our pals. arent they? And I had to click on the pic as the photos would load in Feedly. Imagine me flicking through the coat pics and then a pair of undies! Lucky Maxx, I thought haha. A good chuckle for 11pm, a good read as always Carmel!bechttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10896137784154285124noreply@blogger.com
