Variagated Concentric Circles
I've started using some of the variagated thread that I bought at the AQC, last weekend. Here's a little taste of what is to come. Of course, this kind of stitching allows lots of thinking time, so I am getting lots of new ideas while I am stitching away on this. More should be revealed next week...

ReplyDeleteVery cool idea...and your stitches are just so perfect too! :)
ReplyDeleteI am loving this!!! Make me a cushion cover! :) (Just kidding - I love the idea of that though). I can't wait to see what you end up making. A skirt perhaps? Bag? Whatever it will be, it's inspired.
ReplyDeleteP.S. I wish I could hand stitch that evenly!
That looks very relaxing. Good idea to use the variegated thread.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what it'll be. Looks great!
ReplyDeleteI love this kind of stitching, it's a beautiful way to add detail. I did a bit of hand stitching the other night and found it very relaxing once I got into the rhythm of it.
ReplyDeleteLovely! Makes me want to do some embroidery.
ReplyDeleteA nice running stitch can be so effective all on its own. What fun, variegated thread!
ReplyDeleteOooh! I love the look of this... so many possibilities :)
ReplyDeleteLoving this too much!!!
ReplyDeleteIntriguing - will be back to see what develops from it!
